What is plumbing excavation?
Plumbing excavation is the earthworks involved in accessing, installing, repairing or replacing underground plumbing infrastructure. As part of RPG Plumbing, RPG Earthworks can manage both the excavation and the licensed plumbing work required for many of these jobs.
Do you offer excavation only, or full plumbing works too?
We can do both. RPG Earthworks is an extension of RPG Plumbing, so we provide excavation services as well as licensed plumbing works. That means we can assist with the earthworks, the plumbing installation or repair, or a complete solution depending on the job.
Do you provide stormwater trenching?
Yes. RPG Earthworks provides stormwater trenching and drainage excavation, including trenches for stormwater pipes, downpipe connections, soakwell areas and other site drainage features where suitable. Because we are part of RPG Plumbing, we can also carry out the associated licensed plumbing works as part of the project.
Can you excavate for sewer line repairs?
Yes. We can excavate for sewer line repairs, replacements and new sewer trenching, including access to damaged or collapsed sections and trenches for inspection openings or new connection lines. As licensed plumbers, we can also complete the plumbing repair or replacement works, not just the excavation.
Do you install septic systems?
Yes. RPG Earthworks can excavate and prepare sites for septic and HSTP systems, including tank areas, trenches and disposal zones. Through RPG Plumbing, we can also complete the licensed plumbing components of the installation, subject to site requirements, system design and any relevant council or regulatory approvals.

We work on acreage and rural properties for a range of plumbing and excavation needs, including septic systems, long-run water supply trenching, drainage works and property-wide service installation.
